    I'm looking for new central monitoring service.  I just read that NextAlarm stopped IP monitoring with not much reason that I could google.  Seems like AlarmRelay is the way to go unless there are newer comments on this subject.

    Elk Keypad (M1KP2) and speaker (SP12F) - How To Install

    Does anyone know if I need to run two extra wires to run this speaker behind the keypad or does the keypad have a speaker output?

    Work2Play or anyone else, do you know if the KP2s have a speaker output built in or do you have to install a separate speaker wire for the SP12 speaker?

    Doorbell -> Elk1 Wire Gauge?

    I pulled two cat6 to my Doorbell location. I figured I would use a motion sensor camera over PoE. I'm glad I did because, there are Doorbell camera products like doorbird.com that are powered by PoE.
