Not a bad deal if you need a small PC with a com port. Just needs a cheap drive and an OS.

I'm currently using a similiar Atom D510 Foxconn modified a bit with 4Gb, mini raid cage, micro PS for my home automation server (Homeseer). Its been fine since the beginning of the year.

I use the com port for testing but its currently connected to a Digi 7 port USB hub, some USB devices and two Digi 8 port Edgeports (16 serial ports).

Not really dinging the CPU running 24/7.
