OK, I just registered. I have some questions now, and I'm sure I'll have more as I build my system.
I love anything technical (hobby electronics, computer programming, etc.) and scientific. And, I love to do projects for my house (plumbing, electrical, landscape, etc.) So, I really love HA!
I haven't begun my HA system, but I have reasearched a lot. I've pretty much settled on Z-wave; for the controller, I've narrowed it down to ISY994iZw, HomeTroller Zee S2, or Vera Edge.
I have a few interesting projects for my HA system -- I'm anxious to discuss them here.
