Adding secondary controller to Vera

Hmm, looks interesting...  Seems like, from the 3rd link, there are two ways to use it.  If you have Omni/Lumina with VRC0P, it says you get one way control (in North America).  If you have Omni/Lumina with serial connection to Vera, and you buy the licenses from ADA ($165AU), then they say it does two way control.  It sounds like this last option does not require VRC0P, because it sounds like it does ZWave on the Vera side.
