Bathroom remodeling advice needed

Hi Guyz, first of all I am asking you sorry if it's not the right place to ask this question. I have an overly large window in my master bath. As it’s renovation time I decided to install a new shower system and ordered one from the Better Living bathroom accessories. The window is in the middle of the shower wall and I want to cover and seal it without doing an exterior seal. There is moisture that accumulates sometimes during the rainy season and I'm afraid that will there arise a mold problem between the window and the wall covering which I am going to install.
Can anyone help me to find a solution?

Since there probably isn't much home automation associated with sealing a window, you might to try here instead...
