Caddx NX8E Relay expander

I'm using a Caddx NX8E with Homeseer 3.  I've added a relay expander board, but I'm having an issue.  In order to turn the relay on/off you have to use a Bypass, which the plugin can do.  The problem is you can't bypass the zone to activate the relay unless the panel is in disarm mode.
 
I have the zone type at 25.  Is there a zone type that would ignore alarms, but also allow operation of the relays when the alarm is armed and armed stay?
