Can ELK run an ISY program?

I want ELK to be able to run an ISY program.

The ISY is capable of triggering a program based on several Elk conditions including an zone/system/output changes if you have the ISY Elk module.

The Elk can't really run ISY programs, but the ISY can run it's own programs based on events  in the Elk.
 
Example:  ISY can turn on an Insteon controlled light if an Elk zone is violated
 
It works the other way also. ISY can turn on/off Elk outputs.
 
Note that the ISY Elk module is needed for ANY communication between the two
