Each TV has 1 network AND HDMI per XBMC?

 
Each TV has one network cable and one coaxial cable.
 
XBMC boxes are local to the TV connected via HDMI - Aopen Digital Engines - which are intel core duo's in a small footprint box.
 
I have one PlayOnTV server which "hosts" all of the web subs like AOD, Netflix et al.  XBMC boxes can see whatever is hosted via UPNP.
 
The coaxial cable carries HD and SD video.  TV tuners are programmed for all the channels (HD and SD)
 
I switch the TV from tuner to HDMI #1 for the XBMC box.
 
I utilize a MythTV box with multiple tuners such that the XMBC box can tune into the MythTV box. 
 
I have one analog capture card utilized for SD inputs.
 
The TVs then can can SD and HD video from both the coaxial cable and the XBMC box.
 
You can inject the SD CCTV camera signals back to the coaxial or MythTV box.
