Controller model confirmation

I am trying to confirm the model controller I have. The firmware chip (left side chip) state (c)2004 HAI 100504-01 2.5E. My controller part number is 20A01-21 with a sticker beside, possibly having a serial number on it (034000142-C7). I've been told the board is a OmniPro II by one person and another stated it's an Omni IIe.

Can anyone confirm it either way? Thanks!

On further inspection it appears the part number 20A01-21 may actually be a "31". In the white square the number is hand written which is rather difficult to decipher because the writing runs off the board. If the number was meant to be a 3 then the bottom half is missing. If number was intented to be a 31 then that would make it an OmniPro II, correct?

Based on the 100504-01 part number on the EPROM chip, the controller board is an OnQ HMS 1100. This can be upgraded to an HAI OmniPro II with an OmniPro II firmware upgrade chip.

Brian, Thanks for the info! I ordered an OPII EEPROM and i'm looking forward to doing some programming next week.
