Google Plans to Show Ads Through Your Thermostat and Refrigerator

According to a December letter sent to the Securities and Exchange Commission, which became public on Tuesday, Google hopes to put ads “on refrigerators, car dashboards, thermostats, glasses, and watches, to name just a few possibilities.”

 I can't imagine ads ever being allowed on the dashboards, too many drivers are distracted now as it is.

This was a Google response to the SEC on why it shouldn't divulge it's mobile revenues. Consider it like you child telling the teacher that the dog ate his homework. This isn't news, its a wild imagination making up an excuse to get out of doing something.
