Also, as a suggestion, why not have an xml file that can be edited manually that contains camera URL definitions and that way it's fairly easy for people to add their own cameras without you having to include new ones in every release?

The problem with this approach is that other users don't benefit from the new entries, also it requires quite a bit of technical skill/tinkering/testing.

Here is another suggestion - if you can make an editable definitions file that drives this part, people can post their camera definitions on this forum for all to use meaning less work for you
