you can't use logmein to loginto a dvr for watching video .... you can change what ever it is you need to change and follow by doing a system reboot, or it will lock up the video on the dvr..

dvr software uses video overlay as well as logmein they conflict with each other....
if you want to watch video do it using the remote client software or off the web
