I'm not completely sure. They did have a booth in the Z-Wave pavilion at CES in January but I didn't get a chance to talk with them. This was an Indiegogo start up from 2015: https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/oomi-welcome-home-2-0#/ As you can see, they raised a pretty big pile of cash!

Yes, according to the Indiegogo campaign comments they did ship (although it looks like their shipping was quite a mess), and even had a 2.0 software release, but all the reviews I've read characterized it as woefully expensive, underperforming and hard to use.
