Omni ITe & SnapLink

Hi guys, kinda new here so please excuse me if this thread is a repeat of another.
I have a Leviton HAI Omni lTE and HIFI 2, unfortunately, I know nothing about them.

There's two problems with the current setup:

• Can’t converse with the gate
• Have lost connection with a set of speakers

I have “SnapLink”, two sets of speakers work how ever the third doesn’t on the SnapLink app.

Looking at the HIFI unit I can see a light come-on when one of the speaker set has been selected using SnapLink, however when the problem set is selected nothing happens. This tells me I’m not talking to the HIFI unit from SnapLink.

The gate doesn’t respond when keyed from the key-pad outside. (should say: Vistor at front gate on the speakers in the house). I can open the gate from the SnapLink app, so my addressing seems to be right.

Can anyone help with this?

For the gate, When entering the code are you adding the "#" at the end?
What is the behavior of the status led on the outdoor keypad?
Does the code match the code programmed in to the OmniLTe?
Do you have a copy of the Dealer access software?

I can't help with the audio problem.
