Omnitouch 5.7 Audio List

I have an Omnipro ii with video hub and two 5.7 touch screens, and Russound CAV6.6. ( I also have controls for sprinkler zones that list properly in the touch screen menus). The audio zone and source lists do not show on the 5.7's.
The zones show in PC access (dealer) and on the uno keypads.
Any ideas?

Have you cold rebooted the Omnitouch 5.7's?
 
It's really slow with the Omnitouch 5.7 and 5.7e's. 
 
My preference here was using the Russound keypads or software.
