Are you prepared to post "current" sneak peeks and possibly get real user feedback before the UI is completed? Might save you another years time of having to redo the UI for the 3rd time. I dont think there is anything secret about the UI.... crestron, AMX, Savant, etc. all do this. Not sure why an Area 51 clearance is required for a "sneak peek."
