Sure Action Vehicle Sensor and Omni LT

I finally got around to finishing up the install for a Sure Action P8000c bi-directional vehicle sensor. It works great by itself, chimes only for inbound cars. How do I get it tied to my Omni LT so I can turn on lights and such. The manual can be found here - http://www.smarthome.com/manuals/790908.pdf. It is hard to differentiate the labels in the diagram in the manual, on the board they read (top to bottom) GND, +12, MB, MC, MA, NC2, C2, NO2, NC1, C1, NO1. There is a jumper from GND to C2 and C1. NO2 terminal is used to trigger the chime. C2 and NC2 is a closed circuit and C2 and N02 is open when nothing is detected. I imagine you can choose to use normally open or normally closed circuit to suit your needs. Seemed easy enough, hook NO2 to a zone (I used zone 7 set as aux) on the Omni and NC2 to the common. But when zone 6 is not ready (a entry/exit door) the chime for the sensor goes off.
