What is a wire length counter reel thingy called?

I want to purchase one of those wire length counters for work. I'm looking for the one with a reel that you turn by hand and it has a little counter that tells you how many feet you have rolled up. For some reason I can not find one on google. Does it have another name other than Wire Length Counter?
