Z wave interface question

I presently have X-10 motion sensors outdoors that work well.  I am considering changing my system over to z-wave and either need to purchase new outdoor motion sensors (*which I cannot find, everyone in the z-wave market seems to think you only need these indoors!) or interface the existing x-10 sensors with z wave.  How difficult is this task?  Would I be better off buying z-wave sensors (if so, what are they?)
 
I also have some Chamberlain CWA2000 Wireless Motion sensors that work great.  Can these be interfaced?
