First many thanks to you and @dwalt for your responses. I seem to have resolved the issue and it was a network problem as you had suggested. I unplugged the board form the network and was still able to ping the ip address. Obviously a conflict. Had to seal off the DCHP above 150 to maintain...
Went into the panel directly. Really not sure what I was doing but got the same result i.e. no connection. Got back onto the network and then I got a connection. Quickly downloaded the file and saved it. Was then browsing the automation module and the connection dropped. Unable to get back...
Found the ip address on the keypad. (10.0.0.196) It is correct in PC Access. Pinged it and the panel is responding. Checked the Keys and they are correct. Tried loading a new file and get the same result. Was thinking of going directly into the panel but not sure what I am doing if I do so.
Thanks for your response. It is a network connection. The two lights show the left one is solid red the right flashing red. Not sure how to check the actual up on the computer. Nothing has changed. I believe it was set up as 10.0.0.196 but I don’t see that anywhere when I do an ipconfig.
Have been using my Dealer PC Access to access my HAI system; however, it just stopped allowing me in. I get the following error code in the bottom left corner "Communication Status: Connection Refused (100061)." Nothing has changed - just stopped allowing me in. Thoughts?
