I know this is an old thread but it still comes up when searching how reset the master code. Easiest solution - send the controller board to Leviton and they will reset everything for you. Just need to pay shipping to them that's it!

I redid the wiring and no change :( I have noticed the screen will fill completely i.e. all pixels will be light grey and then get darker and darker and then it goes blank and the cycle continues. I will post a video of that may help someone diagnos the issue (just let me know). Has anyone...

Yep. Tried both those along with wiring up a new thermostat (just a regular thermostat not HAI) and the furnace kicks on like usual. I can press and hold the left button on the RC-1000, turn the dial and it will change the color of the screen but that is it. No other sign of life.
