I actually was looking into this today for a client and chatted with DSC support. The IT-100 in NOT compatible with the NEO series. According to DSC, you would need to use the TL280.

Check out the new Lutron thermostat (L-HWLV2-WIFI)   I think this will work for you.

I believe the Omni will keep trippIng as long as the smokes are tripped. I used too much smoke on a head before and it tripped on and off for a period of 5 minutes or so.

If you have a card I can test it out. Perhaps the system is locked to a certain facility code?

Make sure you have the keypads addressed appropriately. By default, all keypads are ID 1.

Check out GRI sensors as they can custom build a contact with whatever ohm you require.
