Thanks Pete.. I checked all the Event logs via Dealer PC Access and there was nothing except the usual Arm and Disarm. Is there a setting to tell the Omni to log "every event"?

UPDATE: Today I heard the usual random beeping from the keypad in the garage. It happened twice within few minutes. Here are the messages I saw right after the random beeps. They were totally different!   Any more insight please?  

I have a back up of the configuration on a Dealer PC Access but you are right, it may just be short in either an exit zone or a problem with the keypad console.   I dont have any automation lines for the beep of the consoles.   My setup consists of 2 panels... a touch screen panel as you enter...

interesting!!! The spread between 21.5 and 23.5 in C is 3.6 degrees F. This could very well be why it just changes.. I will try and use Fahrenheit and see if that makes any difference.. Thank you

I noticed the temperature of the room is correct on the apps and on the thermostat but highs and lows are incorrect. Then I tried to set the high to 23.5 and low to 21.5. See video how the numbers adjust by themselves!! Link to video ...

yes.. everything else is correct... only increasing or decreasing the temps will cause erratic behaviour
