I have "announce alarms" set to YES, there are voices setup on the zones and areas however I dont get any voices when the alarm is tripped     Did i miss anything?     Thank you

what is the proper programming code to make my OPII "say" the tripped zone on alarm so when the system is tripped i dont have to look at my keypad to see what zone was tripped.     Thank you
