I'm probably going to use the Heyu software, it's a console app. I want to start camera and send SMS once a sensor is triggered.
Now I just have difficulties to get needed hardware. Most shops have crazy shipping costs to Finland where I live.
I'm going to buy a RFXCOM receiver (USB) and Marmitek DS90 door/window sensors. I found a couple of Linux programs that support these:

I'm looking for a wireless door sensors or kits that have Linux support. The idea is to have a transmitter which is connected to computer via USB.
I know there are many home security kits which can call to a specified number. But I'm looking one with Linux support, so I can control what happens...
