You should be okay, those wires will not be connected on the RJ45 side anyways. Just cap them off and your done.

Hi, I have a speaker hooked up to output 1, 2 keypads, 1 wireless expander. My keypads continously show output2 trouble. I think that output is for the 2nd speaker or siren of which I don't have anything setup on it. How do I get that output to register no trouble? Thanks
