I do not have the install manual, and I do not have a HAI serial cable. (I am a fairly capable homeowner, not the installer). Do you know of a link to the install manual or haver a pdf you can share and any idea where I can get an HAI serial cable? (potentially for my future use)

@pete_c again, thank you. I installed PCA but did not know original encryption code to allow me to open my existing file. However I created a new file, entered the proper information (IP, Encrpt Key #1 & #2) and read from the controller to populate the new file. This worked like a charm...
