    Premise So long....

I like Home Assistant too. I am in the process of connecting my SmartThings hub to Home Assistant using MQTT. I create the logic with WebCore on my SmartThings hub, it is human readable and very easy to setup. I tried openHAB and had it working with my wifi thermostats, but the rapid development...

    Premise So long....

I left a long time ago. I went with smartthings and haven't looked back. I like smartthings because I can still tinker with it. You had a good run though. David

    Premise [download] JQM

Yes, they are just minimized versions and should be used for speed. The other file is just there so you can see the source.

    Premise [download] JQM

I never had that issue, but I was using an older version of jqm. I was using an old iPhone 3g for testing. Like Chuck said, if you drop back a version or two, it might fix that.

    Premise [download] JQM

I was testing openHAB and found Home Assistant(https://home-assistant.io). I like HA a little better as it has an update every two weeks and it supports more of my devices out of the box. It is Python based, so a little easier for me than Java. Unfortunately I have moved away from Premise.

Premise Is there something in the Premise world that can detect the presence of a cellphone?

If you have android phones, maybe use Tasker? Ellery might know of an easy way to get it working. That would be a useful feature at my house also.

    Premise VIDEO: Premise Tasker module

I use Windows Media Center with KODI and it works with all of my KODI clients (FireTV, Raspberry PI 2, Windows). I used to use Sage, but I like the fact that KODI runs on a lot of different devices.

    Premise VIDEO: Premise Tasker module

I haven't watched this latest video yet, but do you have your system setup to do caller ID from your obihai to KODI?

Premise Amazon Echo works with Premise!

I finally have some time to install Premise on my main server, I will be installing the KODI module and if all goes well I will start to look at getting it working with JQM, unless Chuck beats me to it ;)

Premise Amazon Echo works with Premise!

That is awesome.  I need you to come to my house and setup all my devices like that.  Great work.   Have you released the updated KODI module?  I still want to get that working.  Also, you mention Tasker.  Do you use Bluetooth, wifi, GPS, NFC, or something else to trigger the away from home stuff?

    Premise Kodi (XBMC) support?

I don't have any blurays like that. If the movie is on more than 1 disk, then I combine them into one mkv file. I don't care about extras. As for box sets, Emby automatically creates the box sets, not sure how that is passed to Kodi, but I don't put them into special folders.

Premise Amazon Echo works with Premise!

Wow Ellery, do you ever sleep?  The Echo seems like an interesting device.  It will be a while before the wife will let me spend any money on one, but your work might help me convince her ;)         I appreciate everyone's work on Premise, I got into it late in the game, but you guys are great.

    Premise Kodi (XBMC) support?

That sounds awesome as I don't use any external apps for streaming as my internet is too slow. Right now I would just like to be able to see what my kids are watching and send a message to them. Everything else is a plus. Thanks for the hard work.

    Premise Kodi (XBMC) support?

I am going to have to get Premise back up and running so I can test everything you come up with    I have finally gotten my wife and kids to start using Kodi instead WMC.

    Premise Kodi (XBMC) support?

I would love to use Kodi with Premise.  I use WMC as my "TV server"(tuners & epg),  ServerWMC(send liveTV and epg to kodi), Emby(media library) and the WMC Kodi plug-in to create a complete client-server multimedia platform.  I have Kodi installed on a PC running openelec(Linux), 2 raspberry pi...
