    How to monitor quality of internet connection?

    Had a big storm this weekend and my Spectrum internet is only sort of working. Called them and they said they saw issues with my connection and scheduled a tech visit. What's strange is when I do a speed test I get about 85 Mbps. Not the advertised rate but plenty for me and shouldn't cause...
