Yes you can. However, prior to hooking up the fan load, attach the switch to the line voltage and program it via UPSTART to not have dimming. 600W is equivalent to 5 amp of load control. Your fan shouldn't need more than 1 or 2 amps total. Check the fan specs to be sure.
