8" touchscreen monitor - recommendations?

I want to replace an older Crestron touchscreen in my kitchen. I have a mounting location that will fit an 8" screen give or take. It will be driven from a PC below the floor so I only need a monitor. I am running Cinemar MainLobby on all of my touchscreens. Does anyone have any recommendations on a suitable screen - either in-wall or that I can take apart and build into the wall? Thanks.
