I was looking at the 8051Aprilaire Flush Mount Remote Temperature Sensor. Does anyone know if this can be used with thermostats other than those from Aprilaire? This seems to be the only one I can find that would be nearly completely hidden. The ones that go with the TZ40, for example, are kind of big and ugly.
Has anyone seen a remote temp sensor that actually displays the temp, or a secondary control for the thermostat so the same thermostat can be controlled from two places?
