You may have read on these forums about the problems I have had with my ECM1220.h unit. The unit itself actually performs well, but due to a USB fault, it has never been able to reliably communicate with my Automation PC. The fact that I am in Wellington, New Zealand (east of Australia!) made this an even bigger issue as it was not simple to just return it to the supplier. After discussing this issue with Paul at Brultech, he then sent me a replacement unit at no cost to myself. I wanted to express my thanks and also recommend the service from Brultech, the replacement unit arrived quickly and was totally unexpected. I unreservedly recommend Brultech for the personal service and technical backup when things go wrong. As they say, everyone makes mistakes, but its the putting right that counts.
