AARTECH Review

Hi All

Even after being working into the Building Automation world (commercial and industrial) as a tech support and helping with product dev. for a big company, i am still a newbie in the Home automation world! I recntly bought anew house and wanted to get a connected home as much as possible. Being in Canada, i was looking for the best Canadian product distributor and after some research, finally found it! I am taling about AARTECH! Robert from AARETCH gave me great service since day one! Also pricing is awesome! I suggest any new customer that nver bought from AARTECH to give Robert a call and tell him what you are looking for and i am sure he will make you an happy customer as he did for me!! For those that are wondering, NO i am not working for AARTECH! I work for Siemens Building Technilogies for more than 10 years now as a tech support and District Automation Specialist. AARTECH is the best company out there!!!

I'm also in Canada and have purchased about $3500.00 CAD of equipment from AArtech. I found them to be very helpful and the pricing is pretty good too. I used there online tech support to get some help in making product decisions.

Has it happened to anyone, to receive the wrong items? It happened to me yesterday and opened a ticket today and they haven't had time to answer for today, but wonder what are their politics when they make a mistake shipping the wrong items. I don't want to pay for shipping back to them.

I just figured out what CTVA is all about. It is great to have CocoonTech working on a good business relationship between customers and suppliers.

I filled a return request minutes ago choosing the option "shipping error".

They will send my items plus a shipping label to send back the other items. That's a really good service.
