I definitely don't like outlets and lights on the same circuit, especially in the bath, for just that reason.
Most of the time you trip a breaker it's from something plugged in.

Also sounds like you need some LED bulbs

I have 24 sylvania dimmable LEDs already in my truck. Waiting to see how the traffic effects the dim.
