Adding a URD to Omni Pro 2

I've been googling and trying lots of things between UpStart and PCA but no success getting my panel to recognize the URD receptacle.  Any ideas?  
 
Tried matching PCA device numbers etc, choosing UPB versus HLC.  UpStart sees it just fine.  Reset it a number of times but still comes up Unknown through the Omni.  Does anyone have a good process?

What's a URD?
 
Generally, if it's a UPB receptacle from a common manufacturer (PCA, PulseWorks, Leviton/HAI) then you can add it to the network with Upstart.  Once you do that, all you need is the UPB id it was assigned in Upstart to add it to PCA and program the Omni.
 
It sounds like maybe you are doing extra steps that aren't required in your case.
 
If you have a UPB device that supports Leviton HLC, then I'm told you can include them directly from the Omni/PCAccess.  In that case, you should not be trying to include it first with UPStart, as HLC can set it up.  I haven't done that myself, so someone else will have to comment on that.

Since it's not an HLC branded UPB module, you can't program it from the OPII.  As Cobra said, just program it in Upstart and then use the same ID in the HAI panel.  Done.   I program all my devices in Upstart, but run them as if they are HLC modules.
