After log in error

Hi im having a bit trouble with my cai webcontrol after loging in this error pops up
 
404: File not found
Use MPFS Upload to program web pages
 
also i have noticed strange behaviour plc not runing as it should

Which version firmware do you running?  What was the steps leading to this situation, please?
If we can not remotely access it over the Internet, the only way to fix is to send it to our office for repair.

firmware 3.02.11.  and steps well 2 days ago i have noticed that the PLC program is not runing so i've tried to access the board  after typing the IP log in screen pops up as normal, after loging in the error comes up first i thought its the network down (the board is conected via wifi repeater) so i've turned off and on the power supply after that everything seems ok but the folowing day the same happened again i have checked the repeater IP and i can access ok only the webcontrol throws the same error.

Sorry for the problem. Do you like to send the board in for firmware update?  The latest firmware will allow you to have easy firmware update in the future, including GUI update.

ye i wouldn't mind sending it just need to sort out an replacment for the time being as i have my hooked up to the central heating unit and its geting colder so can't be without for too long. So what is the error related to?  i mean its working today but who knows when it dies. Do you have any eshop where i can buy a spare one for now?

You can buy one from Amazon, eBay, or SmartHomes web site.  It is very strange working sometimes and not working in other time.
