Alarm (Output 1) Stops when Dial (from Rule) begins

I have my new M1 installed and officially turned it on last night. I am having one problem that I did not anticipate. I have set up rules so if the house is armed in 'Away' mode it will dial my cell phone on any alarm. The only problem is, then the dialing starts the voice announcements and ALARMS on Output 1 stop.

Is this normal behavior, or have I set up something incorrectly?

Is there a work around? I tried delaying the dialing, using a timer, but Output 1 still was turned off as soon as the delay was finished and the dialing started.

I have not ordered a siren or strobe to install on Output2, will this behavior also affect Output 2?

I am new to this forum but it has been a great help on my two previous questions. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I believe that is normal as there is only one speech generator in the M1. Others can confirm but I remember this being mentioned in the past here.

I don't believe output 2 will be affected when using a siren or strobe.
