FortrezZ is a Z-Wave Alliance member, focusing on water leak detection and water damage prevention. They offer various sensors, a brand new I/O module, a heavy duty water valve (similar in construction to the ELK water valve) and a siren/strobe unit. All these products are Z-Wave certified, so they can be used with systems such as the Mi Casa Verde Vera controllers and HomeSeer.Carl Szasz, the president of FortrezZ, was kind enough to explain the system in detail in the video below.
