In case you aren't monitoring the Home Automation Software List, I just added another app today which allows you to interact with your INSTEON network using your Android. It is a client-server based platform, and the server part can run on Windows and Linux. The author has also indicated that support for X10, ZigBee and Z-Wave is in process of being added. The software is free, and both the Android client and server software is available for download now.
