I doubt it's really powerful enough to run 1080p without hiccuping every once in a while, but it's a really cheap system in case any one is looking for one. It comes with XP already as well. I doubt I could build a similar system for the same price especially since it comes with everything you need except a screen. You could probably mount it in the wall, run a touch screen via USB; run the power brick somewhere else.
 
Good deal on the Nettop!

My netbook (with dual core atom) will do 1080p but stutters. It does 720p just fine. One of the issues I have though is Bluetooth stereo - stutters a lot with this...funny though because the PDA/MS Mobile BT stereo doesn't stutter at all with the same headphones.
