Bad bootware flash for Elk?

I was updating my Elk M1 G tonight via the network and ran into problems. First I upgraded the bootware from 3.2.2 to 3.3.2, and that went fine. Then I updated the bootware from 3.3.2 to 3.3.6, and something seems to have gone awry. After waiting 10 minutes and still being unable to connect, I went to the board and found the status and dialer LEDs blinking once per second, and the speaker making a "tic" at that time, too. I cycled the power on it, but the result was the same. The ElkRP could still see the Ethernet interface, but it looks like something got corrupted in the flash, which would be odd - no power failure or problem that I could tell. Perhaps it just needs a complete reset. Any suggestions on how I can make it operational again?

By the way, I'm trying to sign up on the new (for me) Elk support site. It is best to request an account as a professional installer or distributor? I fear that signing up as an owner might limit access to resources I need.

Try first to completely power down the board and power it up - and see what it does. If that doesn't fix it, you'll need to contact Elk support. If their updater caused the problem, they should take care of you.
