Could condensation an issue? Any long conduit runs from a hot place to a cold place could cause condensation as the cold end of the conduit has hot moist air that may go through it. This shouldn't matter as normally one seals conduit ends with some sort of fire retardant material if you have a long run that penetrates a fire rated wall or ceiling, but...

Also, if the box is out in the garage or something, condensation could form during the cool mornings. This is one reason they use heaters inside control cabinets in industrial settings; the heaters keep the air warm, above its dew point.
