Cabel certification

A client just purchased a mix of security products from Fry's electronics complete with cable assemblies for A/V, power low voltage etc. I am trying to figure out a way to verify that the cables meet the code requirements for fire spread to be used inside the walls of their residence.

Only one box contains a CE lable the rest have no markings. Other than contacting the mfg's (which I have started to do via email) are there any other ways to accept or reject these cables. They have no markings either embossed or printed on them.

Cable used in concealed spaces such as wall cavities, for applications such as security systems or speaker wiring, are required by the NEC to be marked [NEC 725.179(L)]. If there is no marking, it doesn't meet code.
