Circuit City Closing (No Hot Deals for You!)

Not that long. We're on our 2nd Dyson. She trained me on it's proper usage so that if I ever accidentally drop & crush the kids crackers again, I can make sure I eradicate any evidence before she comes home.

Sounds harsh, but on the flipside I don't ask her permission before spending any $$ on HA goodies. I'm picking my battles...

My wife & I usually play "oh my god this house is a pigsty and I can't believe we live like this and you better put that laptop down right now and help me scrub the entire house top to bottom".

Very FirstPersonShooter, very realistic, and my god do you have to look left/right quickly and accurately as you never know where the next attack will come from. Plus my wife has all sorts of crazy bonus points and an unlimited arsenal of weapons against which there is no defense.

Talk about Dungeons...

We play this game a lot at our house too. Two kids makes for a quick reset of the "map". ;) I never actually got her to play any video games except for Tomb Raider for PS2. I think she liked the killer chick genre.

If anyone is ever interested in Lord of the Rings Online, let me know...I'm an addict!

Just started up my NWN2 campaign again. Bout two years ago had gotten 25% or so through the single person campaign and then life happened and I never finished it. About a month ago I got the two expansion packs, Mask of the Betrayer and Storms of Zheir(sp), and reinstalled the game. I'm having a great time. The two expansion packs make a good bit of changes to the game that are retroactive in the original campaign. The camera is the most annoying this about the game imo.

Ya, I do remember hating the camera, but for multiplayer (there were 4 of us trying to play this game), it was absolutely annoying that whenever anyone talked to ANYONE in the town, it stopped the game for everyone while they went through the dialog. I understand the idea was so that everyone could read along with the story, but when you're just talking to a vendor to buy or sell some crap, it's darn annoying. Again, it made us long to play WoW again (which we ended up doing, and fun was had by all).

Like I said...maybe as a single player game, its annoyances won't be so obvious. If I could just figure out what freakin' class to play. I think last time I had made a bard mage thief planeshifter sorcerer (yes, all one character).

Quote of the year right there! It's so funny because it is so true too.

My wife was a Ms Pacman addict, and now she has gotten into the Wii. But she would never sit down and play a PC game like that.
