Connecting On-Q camera module to non On-Q cameras

I am building a CCTV system, I am a novice. Currently, I have an on-q camera module, sequencer, ip video server, and two LCD 3.5 inch LCD inwall displays and a modulator for a tv display. (all on-q) I also purchased 3 bullet cameras from ebay. These cameras are non On-Q cameras. Lookng at the camera module that has a RCA input that supplies power and video from the module to ON-Q cameras, it is a simmple plug and play using cat 5. The problem I am facing is how can I supply video and power through the camera module to these non on-Q cameras. I know there is video baluns but they all involve multiple ports for power and audio when the module has only one rca port. Any help would be apreciated
