Convection heating / Tstat Zwave

Hey guys !

I have a specific need here : I have a client with independent convection heaters ( 1 per room - 1000w ) with standard wall mounted t-stats from aube. We want to control these units from a homeseer centralized system but cant find any z-wave, Insteon or RS232 communicating tstat that could talk to the convection heaters ( Actual Aube tstat is made for this type of heating which is a gradual heating type. Tstat needs to send impulses to the unit. Energy efficiency is a very big factor for our 8 months winters ).

-Is there any controlable tstat that could talk with such a heating system ?
(Very popular here -> 1 / 2 constructions have this type of non-centralized heating )

thx !

My Aube thermostats have Night and Day modes. You can set the Night mode to a lower temp, and set the day mode to a higher one. On the back of mine, there is an input to allow you to hook them into a phone remote control or an HA system. It only gives you the ability to set it either to day or night mode, not to set a specific random temperature. But it's better than nothing.

My heating system is a hydronic in floor system, and the Aube thermostats calculate the thermal mass of the concrete and do a cycling thing to keep the room at a more constant temperature. I could not find anything else that did this that would hook into an HA system. If your Aube thermostats are doing a bunch of crazy stuff, you're probably going to be in the same situation.
