CreateFile() failed on DS9490R

Hello, I just got a DS9490R and a DS18S20. When I plug the DS9490R in, I can see the "USB Host Adapter for 1-Wire Network using WinUSB" icon pop up in the device manager. I attempted to run an example program where it opens the USB port using CreateFile() with parameter "\\.\DS2490-3" and this always failed with error code 2 (file not found).

Could anybody please tell what may be wrong. Thank you in advance.

What string should I pass to owAcquireEx() function? I am using Windows XP and DS9490R USB.

Did you ever find an answer to this question? I now have a similar question. I can't get to access my DS9490R using CreateFile.
