I would look at a cable like the one below. Cables designed as patch cables are not meant to be pulled through conduit over long distances. You're likely to damage the fiber if you do. You need something more rugged than that. The extra strength and protection of the fiber jacket will make the diameter of the cable larger, as will the pulling eye.
