Do I really need a Leviton Cloud account to use the Email Notifier?

I went to Leviton to check out the email Notification Card installation instructions and the first thing it says is that I need a Leviton Cloud account.  I had a local dealer set up the card originally, but they no longer support the system. I can't find my printed instructions that came with the card. Can someone point me toward another method to set up the card?

See step 3.  Make sure to email Leviton to request a new version of PC Access if you want to use leviton cloud. Versions older than May 2020 are broken.

Thanks for the tip!  Once I get my network updated, I'll continue to work on the email board.

I hope you were able to get it working - my experience with the email board has been 50/50. Sometimes it's stopped sending messages, and I'll have to reload the latest FW onto the board and resend the config for it to begin sending again.  If Leviton changes the server location for the notifier, we can't control that. And the protocols used by the board aren't allowed by google without turning off specific security features of the gmail account you want to use. My ISP blocked my account thanks to the notifier, as they considered the action it was performing as me being a spammer.
